RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At R3 LOAD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the items meet the following:

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

Certain R3 LOAD products may feature a 30-day money back guarantee, allowing returns for a full refund even if the item has been lightly used, as long as it remains in good condition with no significant damage. This guarantee applies only to designated products and must follow the standard Return Process below. Contact customer service for confirmation if your item qualifies.

Return Conditions

Unused Condition:

Items must be in like-new, unused condition with no signs of wear, damage, or obvious signs of use or abuse.

Original Packaging:

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all protective materials, accessories, manuals, and any other contents that were included with the shipment.

Written Authorization Required:

No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from our customer service team. You must contact us via email to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns received without an RA number will be refused and returned to the sender at your expense.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return request. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item if requested.
  2. If approved, we'll issue an RA number and provide return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the item back to the address provided in the authorization. All return shipping costs and related expenses may be the responsibility of the customer and may not be covered or reimbursed.
  5. Upon receipt and inspection, eligible returns will be processed for refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable fees.

Non-Returnable Items

This policy does not apply to:

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, alteration, or neglect.
  • Software, digital downloads, or opened media (e.g., CDs, DVDs).

Manufacturing Defects

If an item arrives with manufacturing defects or imperfections, we will replace the specific part(s) at no charge, subject to return and examination of the original item. Contact customer service within 30 days of delivery with photos and details. We'll provide instructions for return and ship a replacement upon verification. This does not cover damage from misuse or normal wear.

Exceptions and Discretion

Reload Innovations reserves the right to deny returns that do not comply with this policy or to charge a 10% restocking fee for items not returned in perfect condition. This policy is subject to change; please check our website for the latest terms.
